Virtual Coffee Date: Life Updates & my first Cookbook COMING SOON!

Hello 2020! How are you?! I’m thrilled to be back and more focused than ever this year. I hit the ground running and have been planning my world-takeover since last Fall. (if you’re new to the blog, sarcasm is my dialect). I have SO many exciting things in store over the next several months-plans I have been dreaming about for years! 2019 was about being fierce and stepping outside my comfort zone- major learning and growth year for both my husband and I. Not only did we remodel our ENTIRE house. We both really enjoyed learning and training in new jobs. I took a step back from developing my digital business to focus on myself. I allowed myself to learn how to train and serve clients and members with the care they deserve and require. I also used my summer to train for Triathlon and placed 1st in my age-group in one race. As I get ready to turn 31 I’m pretty stoked about how I spent my first year in my 30s! Now I’m ready to serve a much bigger community.

I’ve been collating and testing recipes for some time now in order for us all to kick off the year with a little more structure and spice in our life. My biggest problem with recipe and nutrition guides is the overload of information and the complex ingredients. More often than not, they come with 100+ recipes and I only use a few in our monthly routine.

I didn’t learn or start practicing cooking until I was 23 (truth), so I promise there’s hope for you! I’m simple going to share the simple tricks that work for an active lifestyle. I’ve found I relish in the accomplished feeling I get grabbing my prepped containers out of the fridge when I’ve come home from coaching or need to fuel for a workout and I’m famished. I know you will too!

It’s time we start eating to fuel our bodies instead of living out of guilt or obligation. Not ONLY will there be healthy recipes, but also my favorite indulgences will be included. (This includes those cookies y’all love of mine). Balance is possible! This plan will work for anyone plant-based, counting macros, carb-cycling, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy free. Say whaaaa?!

This will be a digital download made available to you via my website in the next couple of weeks at a price less than a personal training session! I have put so many hours and care into developing this, and I plan to make seasonal plans so you can refresh your pallet come summer. Get excited!!

After coaching in Odessa for a year and sprinkling some Midland classes in, I’m officially coaching in both our West Texas sister studios, Orangetheory Fitness Midland and Odessa. Pumped?! Me too! Digital Workouts!

Not into OTF but need at home workouts in between the classes you already take? Cool! I got you boo!!! I am working on a Training Camp Guide which will be a digital download, of strategic workouts that are 30 minutes! I’m also developing my online platform for you to train with me in video form, along with demos of all the exercises so I can really educate you on proper form! I’m so pumped about this.

As always, my goal is to educate, empower, and inspire you. If you check out my IG channel @arianatravelstead you’ll find daily videos posted about how to improve one exercise each day.

3rd year with Dallas Fitness Ambassadors!

If you are new, you can read my life-changing move here. We’ve been in Midland, Texas for about 2 years now, but I spent the last 4 in Dallas, TX. I cultivated a multitude of amazing relationships there in the fitness world. Dallas gave me the fire I needed to purse fitness professionally. I’m honored and grateful to be serving with DFA again this year! Beyond that, I’ve seen my fellow ambassadors grow and launch their own careers and passion projects, while still volunteering with this amazing company to bring unique experiences in fitness and wellness to Dallas and Austin.
