Are you an ex-athlete who feels disconnected and lost after leaving behind your workouts, team and coaches?

Oh hi nice to meet you! It all started with post-work track #sweatdate(s) with my besties after we left our sports teams behind. We were lonely, unmotivated, and trying to out-train bad diets, Quite frankly, we didn’t know what to do without a Coach or a Team behind us.

There’s no sport she hasn’t tried, but her main focus as an adult athlete is golf. A former softballer and triathlete, she understands what it’s like to leave your team and routine behind. As a former athlete she sees more injuries in adults than she would like and wants to get you back on the course or just feeling like an athlete again.

Golf, mobility and weight training became an obsession after too many high impact sports left her with chronic back and hip pain. Her 200yd drives keep her coming back to the course and she credits that to her strength/power training programs.

She started Training Camp Fitness as a fitness and mindset brand that has helped 100s of people fuel their bodies and strengthen their mindset so they can train both ‘on and off the field’.

Her love for music and Marvel runs deep. She believes anyone can be an athlete by taking intentional control of their health for the long-term with exercise and recreational sports. At TCF, we fueling your body to feel good and perform is not an option - it’s a lifestyle. She never talks about weight - unless it’s about heavier weights in your workouts!

She’s created TCF On Demand during 2020 so people could get her personal class touches at home, and now offers both gym plans and guided On Demand workouts.

Sprinkle in extra sarcasm, Italian sass and pizza-she’s your girl. No guilt-trips, diets, or pills here. Just ultimate motivation, teamwork and pizza-did she mention the pizza?

Coach Ari is an ACE certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Golf Fitness Specialst, a Group Fitness Instructor, former Orangetheory Fitness Coach and Level I RRCA Running Coach. Just a fancy way of saying she’s been in the business for ten years.
