Easy Veggie Tray Bake from The Eat to Fuel Guide

By popular demand, here’s your easy Veggie Tray Bake that remains on my menu every single week! Save it on Instagram Reels @arianatravelstead

Here’s the shortest recipe you’ll ever need.


1. Pre-chop or grab a bag of chopped veggies of your choice


2. Add to a ziplock bag with some olive or avocado oil + seasonings (garlic powder, salt, pepper) or MY fav @traderjoeslist Chilli Lime Seasoning *enough to cover all the veggies, and shake up the bag!


3. Spread over a sheet pan and cook under the broiler on high until they’re YOURE desired crispy-level! We like ours burnt a lil. Usually takes 10-15 min but watch them or they’ll burn!
