Today I’m sharing a few previews of the Camp Shred Strength Training Program launching soon!

You can take these workouts with you to the gym via PDF plan, or follow along with me at home in the virtual accountability program. Both On Demand and live classes will guide you through this 6 week cycle.

 

Arms for days

Using resistance bands has replaced the need for cable machines & they are just as effective.

One of our workouts formats uses a traditional superset style giving you that stronger feeling immediately after crushing this workout.

This program will give you weight training without feeling like you have to spend hours on your workouts.

I always encourage and provide a quick warmup that you can repeat before any workout.

Stop the random workouts

At TCF Online we take the ‘random workouts’ and time walking around at the gym and turn it into one complete schedule for the week. Most of the workouts can be done in 30minutes but you can always add another set for a 45 minute workout.

I understand that most athletes have cardio sessions or practice sessions to complete as well and I know how hard it can be to fit everything into your schedule.

Stretching won’t fix your problems

Included in my programming is always accessory work, like this Team favorite workout- ‘Glutes on Fire’. Along with mobility routines I provide, strengthening the small muscles is usually the first thing to go when we’re trying to get stronger and see results faster.

You’ll gain muscular endurance and notice a difference in the long-game- be it your hips, back or shoulders, we’ll make improvements so you can keep golfing or training for life.
