IT all started with grit...teaching group fitness at Grit Fitness in Dallas, texas led me to find my passion-helping women become the strongest version of themselves in order to overcome life's circumstances. We can be so successful together. 

Fitness and health are way more than just how we look. It's about how we FEEL-feel fit to impact or success beyond the gym and the success of others. Training Camp is about coming in to lose self-doubt. At camp, you’ll develop strong relationships and a discipline that will set you up for success in every area of your life.

Class size

Small group training at my home studio-come to class with   4-5 girls, with a buddy or train with me 1 on 1. An intimate class size means you will get to know the person next to you, and my attention will be laser focused on you and your goals!

Training Formats 

I’m a firm believer in efficiency: All of my training combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, or Function Training. I have seen how interval, cardiovascular and strength training elements can transform the body and increase performance and endurance. You'll build lean muscle and burn fat at the same time, leaving Camp with a revved metabolism for the rest of your day.

Tabata Training Camp: 30 minutes

I've put my own spin on traditional Tabata. Tabata is a HIIT method using a specific set of movements: 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. These 4 minute intervals of work focus on elevating your heart rate to increases both your aerobic and anaerobic system capacities. This means you'll improve your athletic performance, and aid in fat burning if done at your maximum effort! Some days we will use weights and others we will use only body weight! 

Camp 45: 45 minutes/3 Stations 

This circuit style class is designed to test your limits and help you find your inner athlete! As you move through each station, you'll find: weights at STRENGTH, medicine balls at CARDIO and TRX Bands/Kettlebells at BURN. 

Cardio Sculpt: 45 minutes

This total body workout is inspired by various elements of my favorite muscular endurance classes: Barre, Pilates, Fine-Toning. This format breaks down each muscle group to develop long and lean muscles (think high reps, low weight)  3 cardio intervals will keep your heart rate up to torch calories throughout class. We'll utilize longer 1-minute intervals to fatigue you from head to toe!
